Your arrival :

Guided or autonomous...

As soon as you arrive at the house at the agreed time, we will welcome you to show you around and help you get the most out of your stay at Le Suroît gîte. First, we will need to complete the following tasks :

- Assessment of premises and meter readings.

- Handing over of the different sets of keys.

- Presentation and explanation of each room.

If you are going to be late or change your arrival time, please let us know as soon as possible (Alexandre 06 85 12 01 18) to avoid any unnecessary waiting on site.

Autonomous arrival

(Only from the second rental)

If you are arriving late, you can opt to enter the gîte on your own. For a smooth experience, we invite you to follow these few steps :

1.

The key to the front door of the gîte is kept in the key box on the left-hand side of the house, under the small veranda. Enter the code (generally made up of the day and month of birth of the tenant) sent to you by text message, then press the 2 buttons on the side to release the door from the key box. Don't forget to scramble the code after closing the keybox...

2.

Use the key to enter the gîte through the front door.

3.

At your arrival, the alarm will be disconnected. You can therefore enter without worrying about it (although we would ask you to remember to activate/deactivate it as you enter and leave).

At this stage, for security reasons, only the power supply for the ceiling lights and fridge is connected...

4.

We kindly ask you to start your stay by completing a full inventory of fixtures for the gîte, following the form left on the kitchen table, adding your initials to each page, date-stamping, dating and signing the document on the last page.

5.

Access to the outbuilding at the rear of the gîte (bedroom 6 and laundry room) is through the back door of the kitchen or through the gate on the right of the house, the keys being left hanging on the wall behind the front door...

6.

Once the inventory of fixtures has been duly filled in and completed, please send us a separate photo of each page by text (06.85.12.01.18). We'll drop by the next morning to sign and finalise the arrangements, once you've settled in comfortably...

7.

As soon as we receive your text message, we will send you the code for a second key box located in the gîte, at the return end of the entrance corridor (enter the new code sent to you by text message, then press the 2 buttons on the side to release the door from the key box). This box contains a key that enables electricity to be supplied to the entire gîte.

8.

Once you have this key, you will be able to operate the lock located in the cloakroom, on the upper left-hand side. The gîte is now fully powered up and ready to welcome you...

9.

A second set of keys to the front door as well as the keys to bedroom 6 (in the external outbuilding) are left hanging at your disposal behind the front door...

If you have any problems with the installation, please don't hesitate to contact us. We remain at your disposal for any questions or additional information.
