Kitchen back door :

The kitchen door has an interior handle with 3 position levels :

1. Door closed position.

2. Door open position.

3. Tilt-and-turn door position.

The kitchen door has an exterior handle for pulling or pushing the door (the door handle must be in position 2). For security reasons, this door cannot be locked or unlocked from the outside.

The outbuilding :

To access the outbuilding, you can exit the main house through the rear kitchen door or access it directly through the front gate...

To return to the main house from the outbuilding, you can go through the front door (key on the key ring in bedroom 6) if the back door to the kitchen is closed...

Bathroom ventilation :

The bathrooms in the main house have automatic VMC. The outbuilding bathroom has a manually operated switch operated bathroom. Please only activate it during the shower and turn it off afterwards (so as not to burn out the motor through continued use)

Lounge blankets :

3 living room throws are at your disposal for your evenings at the gîte in a cocooning atmosphere.


You will find them stored under the ottoman located in the living room, by lifting the seat...

Hypoallergenic duvet :

A spare, hypoallergenic polyester duvet, is stored in the upper cupboard of the white wardrobe of the 3rd bedroom (in case of feather allergies...)

The parasols :

Two parasols are available in the garden shed—one for the dining table and the other for the coffee table in the outdoor lounge area.

The parasol bases are fixed to the ground and equipped with stainless steel tubes. Simply slide the parasol poles into the tubes before unfolding them and enjoying the shade they provide...
