The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Respect for the neighbourhood is an absolute requirement. Parties, social gatherings, festive events, loud music, shouting, and any form of noise disturbance are strictly prohibited, in accordance with the house rules accepted by each guest prior to their stay.
 

The courtyard of the property is particularly echo-prone, meaning that conversations and raised voices can easily be heard by neighbours, especially in the evening and during the night.

We cannot (and do not wish to) be in conflict with the neighbourhood due to disrespectful behaviour from guests. We therefore ask you to take all necessary measures to ensure peace and discretion throughout your stay.
 

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate intervention and/or early termination of the stay without refund.
