Equipment :
In
the event of an appliance breakdown, we ask you not to attempt
to repair it yourself but to inform us as soon as possible. This
way, we will be able to invoke the guarantee or proceed with its
repair/replacement by a qualified professional.

Water, gaz, internet...
In
the event of a supply failure (water, gaz, electricity, internet),
please contact us as soon as possible to identify the cause and
rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Electricity...
In
the event of a power line fault, we would first ask you to check
that the meter is working properly, using the following method :

Go to the
electricity meter located under the blue cover in the
entrance hall. |

2. |
Lift the cover
vertically upwards a few centimetres, until it stops. |
| |
|
|
 |
| |
|
|
3. |
Pull the cover
horizontally towards you to remove it. |
| |
|
 |
| |
|
|
4. |
Check that the
main circuit breaker is switched on and that the Linky meter
is active. |
| |
|
|
 |
| |
|
|
5. |
Replace the meter,
aligning the holes in the upper part with the 3 wall hooks. |
| |
|
|
 |
| |
|
|
6. |
Push the cover
back down a few centimetres so that it is in its final
position. |
| |
|
 |
If
this doesn't solve the problem, we will need to check that the
electrical panel in the right-hand cupboard in the living room
is working properly :

Call us: we will
give you the code for the key box located on the lower shelf
of the left-hand cupboard in the living room. |

|
 |
| |
|
|
2. |
This box contains
the key to the door of the right-hand living room cupboard,
which will give you access to the switchboard. |

|

| |
|
|
3. |
Check the main
line circuit-breakers and the differential circuit-breakers
for each sector: the buttons should be pointing upwards... |
